Ms. Toebe's experience includes critical care, long term care, assisted living, and home care. Colleen's positions include Acute Care Charge Nurse, Director of Nursing, Staff Development, Quality Improvement Coordinator, Infection Control, Employee Health, Medicare, and MDS coordinator.
As a Nurse Consultant with Pathway Health Services, she excels in her interim leadership roles in long -term care and assisted living. Additionally, Ms. Toebe develops educational programs, provides on-site and web -based education, PAC trainer, and serves as a National Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. Also, Colleen is a Master Trainer for the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators.
Colleen's passion is to promote excellence in the continuum of care of the older adult through education, mentoring, and ongoing quality improvement.
