A state association of DONS, ADONs, LALDs, and other nurse leaders working in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities in Minnesota.
 
Mission Statement: As Minnesota Nursing Administrators in long term care, it is our mission to promote leadership and excellence through education, networking, mentoring and advocacy for the benefit of our members and the people in the communities we serve.

The MN-DONA Fall Conference is at Breezy Point Resort, October 9-11, 2024, registration is now open.
